Welcome to the first official posting of the Nicodemo and Wilson blog. Our goal in creating this site is to inform our clients, and the consumer public, of what is happening in the legal world in Ohio and nationwide. After approximately 20 years of representing Ohioans harmed in a variety of ways, one thing stands out: the public perception of our legal system is chock full of misperception, antecdote, and misinformation. Brick by brick, we hope to dismantle these misperceptions, and share our thoughts and experiences, in the hope that we can educate readers as to how our justice system REALLY works. So, with generous portions of reality, sprinkled with some humor and levity thrown in for good measure, we hope you'll enjoy our site and maybe learn a thing or two along the way.
